Done for 
contest "Here Comes the Rain".
The dock was made by me using Lightwave, the scene was built in Vue, and the post work painted effect was added in Photoshop Elements 12.
It was somewhat difficult for me to add the painted effect, but I felt it looked better after some of the other post work fixes. It was easier to hide my mistakes by covering everything in a filter.
